LINCOLN, RI_ The Lonsdale Fire Department puts out a fire in the Lincoln Manor Housing Authority Complex.

The Lincoln Police Department received a call at 2:50 am about a fire on the second floor of the housing unit on 10 Franklin Street, Building D.

Officials say a fire alarm located next to the air circulators detected the fire in the circulators in the hallway.

Some parts of the air circulators fell on the floor causing smoke and fire to rise to the ceiling.

Everyone inside was brought to a common area for their safety.

The Lonsdale Fire Department says the fire was controlled in about 15 minutes and no one suffered any injuries.

There was some smoke damage and no one was displaced.
