Suspicious package causes evacuation at the Dunkin Donuts Center

PROVIDENCE, RI_ A suspicious package found at the Dunkin Donuts Center causes an evacuation.
The Rhode Island Convention Center’s Security complex found a suspicious package at around 2:00 p.m. on the premises through security cameras.
Police responded to the call and the Dunkin Donuts Center was ordered to evacuate because there was a bag locked onto the bridge that connects the Dunkin Donuts Center to The Convention Center.
At 2:30 p.m., Police gave the “all clear” and said the package was not a threat.
The Bruins game was supposed to start at 3:00pm but was delayed thirty minutes.
This case remains under investigation at this time.
