Man arrested in Rehoboth for breaking and entering

On Friday, February 27, the Rehoboth Police Department arrested a North Providence man for breaking and entering.

Vincent Derrico, 37, was a fugitive from justice in RI based on an outstanding warrant for breaking into a home on Pleasant Street back in June 2012.

Police connected Derrico to the breaking and entering through DNA evidence from blood attained from the crime scene.

Derrico appeared in Taunton District Court and was found at fault for daytime breaking and entering and larceny over $250.
