PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A bus went up in flames Wednesday morning at a community center in Providence.
Providence police responded to the West End Community Center on Bucklin Street just after 1 a.m.
An employee told officers four teenagers were seen running away from the parked bus. The employee then noticed a fire coming from inside the bus.
The bus stored uniforms and equipment belonging to the West End Intruders football team at the time of the incident, police said.
The bus was damaged in the fire, and one parked alongside.
Police told ABC 6 News they arrested two connected to the bus fire. Their names were not immediately released.
