URI to host Narcan distribution event on Friday

The Narcan Distribution Event will be hosted at the Hope Valley Fire Department.

KINGSTON, R.I. (WLNE)- The University of Rhode Island will be hosting a Narcan distribution event on March 25.

The event will run from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Hope Valley Fire Department.

Narcan will be provided for free, and they will be teaching visitors how to recognize and respond to an emergency.

Identification and insurance is not required.
