Bishop Tobin: Safety first during winter storm

Bishop Tobin released a statement Friday regarding Sunday Mass attendance with the impending snow storm.
Tobin says the Catholic Diocese of Providence are reminded to use extreme caution in deciding on whether to attend Sunday Mass.
He states that personal safety should be a priority and if weather conditions are dangerous, Catholics can choose to stay home and engage in personal prayer.
Pastors and parishioners are urged to observe directions issues by state and local officials during the storm.
