Body found in Battleship Cove in Fall River

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE)- A body was found floating in the Taunton River near Battle Ship Cove on Sunday afternoon, according to the Fall River Police Department.

Police and fire responded to the scene at around 12:44 p.m. and found the body of a deceased man.

The Bristol County District Attorney’s Office has ruled the death a suicide.
