MA State Police arrest man planning to rob bank

Massachusetts State Police have arrested a
24-year-old Corey Scott Roberio was found loitering outside the Bristol County Savings Bank on
Roberio became confrontational and was placed under arrest for disturbing the peace. Troopers found a deposit envelope in his jacket pocket with a threat and instructions demanding money written on it.
State Police and Taunton Officers determined that Roberio had been planning to rob the bank or a random ATM customer withdrawing money.
He was charged with attempting to commit a crime and disturbing the peace. He will be arraigned in Taunton District Court.
