Tonight President Barack Obama will deliver his sixth state of the union address.

He’s expected to talk on topics ranging from the economy to education.

The president plans to detail his plan to provide “free” community college tuition, to students across the nation.

He will also talk about strategies to fight the threat of cyber-terrorism.

Perhaps the most intriguing idea he will propose to the Republican-led congress is something many of them want a tax-cut for most American workers.

“And we’re seeing wages for hard-working middle class families remain stagnant. And so what we’ve got to do is create good paying jobs, and raise incomes for people who are working, middle class families, and I think the President will talk a lot about that,” said Congressman David Cicilline.

President Obama will deliver the state of the union address before a joint session of congress tonight.

ABC6 will carry it live beginning at 9 o’clock.
