The state fire marshal’s office is offering a $5,000 reward for any information about who started the fire.
The blaze broke out just after 7:00 A.M. and took nearly 12 hours to put out. The Red Cross is assisting 14 people who are now left without a home.
Two times, firefighters had to evacuate the building.
The exact cause of the fire is still under investigation.
