Fire damages multi-family home in Central Falls

CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. (WLNE)- Firefighters from the Central Falls Fire Department battled a blaze that left a multi-family home burned on Saturday morning.

First responders arrived at the scene of the fire on Kendall Street at around 11 a.m.

Officials said that the home housed three families, made up of a total of 10 adults and six children. All three families were displaced as a result of the fire.

No one was injured during the fire, according to officials.

Fire officials are still investigating the cause of the fire.

The Red Cross is assisting the three families.
