‘Peeping Tom’ arrested for second time, accused of taking pictures of 11-year-old
A former Woonsocket man who was arrested last year for recording girls and women in the bathroom at the Wrentham Outlets was arrested again.
Jacob Guerrero, 23, is accused of climbing on top of a roof and filming an 11-year-old girl changing in her bedroom in Norfolk. This happened around March 17, 2021.
The U.S. District Attorney Office said the 23-year was arrested Thursday. He was charged with one count of sexually exploiting a child.
Federal prosecutors said that Guerrero “conducted surveillance of the victim’s home and made notes on his phone regarding the time of day that the victim and her siblings arrived home, showered and changed clothes each night.”
He also allegedly “recorded similar notes” for multiple other Massachusetts homes.
Back in Wrentham, police said that on Oct. 19, 2021, Guerrero wore a blonde wig to disguised himself, went into the women’s bathroom, and attached a pen camera to his sneaker to take video of woman and young girls in the stalls.
Police later got a call about a suspicious person in the bathroom and were able to use surveillance video to track down Guerrero. They also found child pornography on his phone.
He’s expected to appear in federal court in Boston at a later date.
