Firefighters battle barn fire in Warren

WARREN, R.I. (WLNE)- Firefighters from the Warren Fire Department worked to put out a barn fire in the town late on Saturday night.

First responders got to the scene on Barton Avenue at around 11:30 p.m.

Firefighters saw fire and smoke coming out of a barn when they arrived at the scene.

Crews worked to put out the flames and evacuate most of the livestock from the barn.

The scene was cleared by 4 a.m.

The department did not provide any further information.
