Connecticut State Police pull over egg thief
LISBON, Conn. (WLNE)- Connecticut State Police pulled over a suspected egg thief on Saturday afternoon.
State Police said that at around 5 p.m. they pulled over a Jeep in Lisbon that had been hiding eggs and sneaking around local residences.
Troopers spoke with the driver, a 450-year-old rabbit who said he had been trying to get a head start on the Easter holiday.
State Police said that the troopers wrote the rabbit a warning and let him go.
