New Bedford man arrested, charged with intent to distribute crack

DARTMOUTH, Mass. (WLNE) – A New Bedford man was arrested Tuesday in Dartmouth after police found crack cocaine in his car.
Joshua Washburn, 24, was arrested after Dartmouth Police located approximately 9 grams of suspected crack in his vehicle during a traffic stop.
Police said Washburn had approximately $1,100 in cash on him when he was arrested.
Washburn was charged with possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
