Police arrest man accused of robbing bank in Warwick

WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — Police arrested a man accused of robbing a bank in Warwick on Tuesday.

The robbery happened at about 9:30 a.m. at the Harbor One Bank on Post Road.

Warwick police released surveillance photos of the suspect. Later that afternoon, police spotted a man that matched the photos at a Cumberland Farms on Post Road.

Edward Larson, 60, of East Greenwich, was arrested. He is charged with one count of second-degree robbery.

Larson will be arraigned at Kent County.
