LAKEVILLE, Mass. (WLNE) — A crash in Lakeville sent a driver to the hospital Tuesday morning.
Firefighters responded to Howland Road at about 11:30 a.m., where a car hit a pole. There, they found an overturned vehicle with the driver trapped inside.
The Lakeville Fire Department said they had to be careful when freeing the driver because of downed power lines. It took them less than five minutes to get the driver out of the vehicle.
The driver was taken to Hasbro Children’s Hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
