Driver arrested after crashing into Lincoln police cruiser

LINCOLN, R.I. (WLNE) — Rhode Island State Police arrested a driver who crashed into a Lincoln police cruiser late Tuesday night.

The crash happened just before 12 a.m. on the Route 146 south ramp at Breakneck Hill Road in Lincoln.

State police said the cruiser was hit by the other car but there wasn’t significant damage to either.
