Cousin of ex-Patriot Aaron Hernandez to plead

FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) _ The cousin of Aaron Hernandez who was charged with criminal contempt after refusing to testify before the grand jury that indicted the former New England Patriot intends to change her plea.
Tanya Singleton had pleaded not guilty. Prosecutors say she was granted immunity but refused to testify.
Her attorney said in Fall River Superior Court Monday she will change her plea at the Aug. 12 trial.
