Fairhaven police searching for missing woman

FAIRHAVEN, MA (WLNE) – Police are searching for a missing woman who was last seen at 1:00 a.m. Tuesday turning onto Coggeshall Street in New Bedford toward Fairhaven.

Amanda Lemieuz, 27, was at Paul’s Sports Corner in Fairhaven prior to bringing a friend home early Tuesday morning.

Lemieuz’s friend lives in New Bedford but Lemieuz’s home is only a short distance away, according to Fairhaven police.

Lemieuz drives a red 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Her phone is off and her family is concerned.
