Aaron Hernandez was arraigned Wednesday for a double murder in Boston from 2012. The former Patriots star was indicted earlier this month. He’s accused of gunning down Daniel De Abreu and Safiro Furtado.

Hernandez pleaded not guilty to charges. Prosecutors say they have surveillance video and eyewitness accounts from a Boston night club where Hernandez had a chance encounter with one of the victims.

Prosecutors say Daniel de Abreu was dancing inside the club when he accidentally bumped into Hernandez, spilling his drink.

They go on to say Hernandez then left the club and killed the victims at a nearby intersection.

Hernandez was denied bail and will be back in court on June 24. Hernandez
