BOSTON (WLNE) — Gov. Charlie Baker is set to sign the CROWN Act, which would prohibit any kind of discrimination based on natural hairstyles in the Bay State.

The bill would protect hairstyles such as Bantu knots, braids, twists, and others from discrimination.

The legislation passed earlier this month.

Baker is expected to sign it into law Tuesday at 2 p.m.
