More students head back to school across Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — More students across Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts head back to the classroom on Tuesday.

Some school districts had their first day of classes Monday.

Classes are back in session in the following school districts Tuesday:

  • Bristol-Warren
  • Fairhaven
  • Lincoln
  • Little Compton
  • North Providence
  • Portsmouth
  • Smithfield
  • Swansea
  • Westport
  • West Warwick
