Boston Children’s Hospital says ‘no bomb found’ after threat, investigation continues
BOSTON (WLNE) — Boston Children’s Hospital said that no bomb was found after a threat was called in Tuesday night.
The threat was called in at about 8 p.m., police said. The scene was cleared about two hours later.
This recent threat comes after a string of online threats towards the doctors for providing gender affirming care. Boston Children’s is home to the nation’s first pediatric and adolescent transgender health program.
No one was allowed to enter the hospital, but employees and patients were able to leave the campus.

“We are relieved no bomb was found and that employees and patients are safe,” the hospital wrote in a statement Wednesday. “We are committed to ensuring the hospital is a safe and secure place for all who work here and come here.”
The hospital says it will release more information when it becomes available.
