A cousin of Aaron Hernandez is scheduled to appear in a Fall River court Thursday afternoon for a pre-trail conference. Tanya Singleton has pleaded not guilty to criminal contempt and conspiracy to commit accessory after the fact.

Prosecutors say she helped Hernandez's “right-hand man,” Ernest Wallace, flee to Florida after the murder of Odin Lloyd.

Singleton also refused to testify before a grand jury gathering evidence in the case against her famous cousin.

She is being held without bail.

Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to first degree murder.
