Taunton Police make large drug bust

Taunton Police searched a home on Thursday evening resulting in a large scale drug bust.
Police executed a search warrant of 172 Oak Street around 5:45 p.m. and discovered a 1244 grams of heroin, a heroin press, 822 grams of cocaine, ammunition, and a stolen .45 caliber ruger which had been stolen from a 2011 house break in North Attleboro. Police say the estimated value of the drugs is over $250,000.
Four individuals, not all of whom lived at the location, were taken into custody at the scene. Three of the individuals arrested were charged with drug trafficking and one was charged with several gun violations including possession of a stolen firearm.
The central suspect in the investigation has not yet been apprehended say police.
