Richmond Police arrest man who harassed teenage girl in January

RICHMOND, R.I. (WLNE) – Richmond Police have arrested one of two men who verbally harassed a juvenile in January.
Dominic Walmsley, 48, was arrested by South Kingston Police Tuesday night and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
Police say a 16-year-old girl was walking her dog on Route 91 in Richmond, around 4:00 p.m. January 17, when a dark colored Honda Pilot , pulled alongside her attempting to engage her in conversation.
The men were reported to have persisted the girl, asking her to approach their vehicle.
The suspects were identified by an unnamed sourced after they saw a post on Richmond Police Department’s Facebook page seeking for the public’s assistance.
The investigation revealed that there was no attempted abduction or physical assault, but the actions of the men made the young woman concerned for her safety.
Police said a passerby stopped to assist the juvenile, at which point the suspect vehicle fled on Route 91 toward Charlestown.
The second suspect, Marshall Rounseville, 39, is still at large.
