Local Officer Rides to Support ‘Twin Tower Orphan Fund’

Looking back on September 11th, means remembering those who lost their lives, and keeping their memories alive.

That drive to remember the victims, is what motivates Newport Police Officer Joe Carroll. He rides in the Police Unity tour, and has also organized another event to take place in Rhode Island, aimed at helping to raise money for the “Twin Towers Orphan Fund.”
