Early Morning Tractor Trailer Accident Blocks Ramp

All lanes of Route 95 North near Thurbers Avenue in Providence are back open, after a tractor-trailer rollover early Tuesday.

The off-ramp, however, is still blocked as cleanup efforts continue.

Shortly after 4:00am Tuesday, the truck rolled, spilling it's cargo – wooden pallets – all over the ramp.

The driver, Noah Speicher, 22, of Pennsylvania, was not hurt, but has been cited in the crash. Rhode Island State Police also believe speed was a factor.
