Suspect arrested for Cranston murder

CRANSTON, R.I. (WLNE) – Police have announced that they have arrested a suspect in connection to the murder that took place Wednesday morning at 245 Bay Ave.
The Cranston Police Department, announced the arrest of Michael T. Marrapese, 40, for the murder of Lauren Ise, 29.
Michael Marrapese, is the son of mob boss Bobo Marrapese.
Through interviews of witnesses, Marrapese was identified as the suspect. A short time later, Marrapese was observed walking on Cranston Street in Providence where he was placed in custody.
Cranston police have been familiar with both Marrapese and Ise for domestic disturbances.
Marrapese will be arraigned at Cranston Police headquarters this evening on the charge of First Degree Murder/ Domestic.
He will presented for formal arraignment tomorrow in Third District Court in Warwick.
