Central Falls Police detain man, issue warrant for false bomb threats.

CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. (WLNE) – Central Falls Police detained a man Tuesday evening after responding to reports of a bomb threat.

Police responded to a home on Lonsdale Avenue Tuesday around 9:00 p.m. Tuesday evening.

According to authorities, a family disturbance got out of control and a bomb threat was made.

The Central Falls Fire Department evacuated the home and called the bomb squad to the scene to investigate. No explosive devices were

Police took one man into custody, and have a warrant out for making false bomb threats.

No injuries were reported.
