Coventry Animal Control seeking adopters for 29 cats

COVENTRY, R.I. (WLNE) — Coventry Animal Control announced they’re seeking adopters for 29 cats they seized after a search warrant was executed last month.
Officials in Coventry said the RISPCA and West Greenwich Animal Control assisted officers in removing the cats from a home where they were all suffering from respiratory infections.
All the cats were given veterinary care and are now at Coventry Animal Control where they’re continuing their treatments. They are all vaccinated and fixed and are ready for adoption, officers said.
Animal control officers are asking for the public’s help to find them their forever homes.
Coventry Animal Control is located at 1666 Flat River Rd., and can be reached at 401-822-9106 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
