Task Force arrests Massachusetts gangsters on warrants

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) – Two Massachusetts gang members were arrested Wednesday in Fall River on numerous warrants for drug and firearm violations.
James Mendes, 27, of Randolph and Tyre Wade, 27, of Fall River, were arrested after Southeastern Massachusetts Gang Task Force members tracking a stolen 2011 Mercedes located the vehicle, and the suspects, at a North Main Street gas station.
Both Mendes, a member of the CP2 Charlame 2 gang in Roxbury, and Wade, a member of the Spencer Street Gang in Boston were taken into custody.
Task Force members seized approximately 7.32 grams of crack cocaine and around 11 grams of heroin from Wade’s possession.
