Taunton man arrested after fatal stabbing on Cape Cod
FALMOUTH, Mass. (WLNE) — A Taunton man was arrested in connection to a fatal stabbing on Cape Cod over the weekend.
According to Cape & Islands District Attorney Robert Galibois, police were called to a reported stabbing at the Gosnold Grove Apartments in Falmouth.
Officers found 19-year-old Milteer Hendrix suffering from a stab wound.
Hendrix was taken first to Falmouth Hospital and then flown to Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, where he died on Sunday morning.
As the result of the investigation, Galibois said an arrest warrant was obtained for Adrian Black, 22, of Taunton.
He was arrested Monday on charges of murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Black is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday in Falmouth District Court.
