CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. (WLNE) — Central Falls Mayor Maria Rivera presented the visiting Colombian Ambassador to the U.S. a ceremonial key to the city on Thursday.
Luis Gilberto Murillo Urrutia was presented the key as a celebration of the city’s diverse culture and community, Rivera said. She was joined by Treasurer James Diossa.
Murillo Urrutia focuses on public policy design in the areas of sustainable regional development, environmental protection, social inclusion, and peace building.
