Taunton mayor’s daughter found safe in Ohio

TAUNTON, Mass. (WLNE) — Taunton Mayor Shaunna O’Connell said her daughter has been found safe after being reported missing in Ohio.

In a Facebook post Sunday night, O’Connell said her daughter Riley O’Connell was found as of 6:30 p.m.

Police in Hilliard, Ohio said she was found safe in Columbus.

In the post, O’Connell wrote “The O’Connell family is grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time.”

Riley, 18, was reported missing from a wellness facility where she was receiving mental health treatment for over a month.
