Stormy weather concerns delay some local firework displays

Stormy weather expected in Southern New England on Monday night is impacting some firework displays.
As of late Monday morning, Bristol, Narragansett, and Freetown have not postponed their regularly scheduled festivities.
The following communities have chosen a new date for their Fourth of July celebrations:
Cumberland:
Food trucks and entertainment will kick off at Tucker Field at 6 p.m. on July 8. Fireworks are set to begin at 9 p.m.
East Providence:
Food trucks and a concert will kick off at Pierce Memorial Stadium at 6 p.m. on July 5. Fireworks will begin at dusk.
North Kingstown:
Food trucks will be on site at North Kingstown Town Beach on July 5. Fireworks will begin at dusk.
North Providence:
Food trucks will kick off at Governor Notte Park from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. as well as music from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on July 5. Fireworks will begin at dusk.
Pawtucket:
The final fireworks celebration at McCoy Stadium will be held on Sunday, July 16.
Warwick:
The fireworks display at Oakland Beach will be held on July 5 at 9 p.m.
Woonsocket:
Food trucks and live music will kick off at 4 p.m. on July 7 at World War II Veterans Memorial Park (Social Street). Fireworks are set to begin at 9 p.m.
