Police Bust Repeat Flasher, One Victim Tells Her Story

Police in Providence have charged a 25 year-old man with disorderly conduct, after he exposed himself to people around RISD and Brown University. Including, the same woman twice.

Michael Cogley has been charged with the crimes, and has been ordered to stay away from parts of the city.

ABC6 News Reporter Erin Logan has the story, and she also spoke with one of the victims, who had multiple run-ins with Cogley.
