Providence Catches a Serious Case of ‘Bieber Fever’

The average age of the population of Providence dropped a few years Friday night, as YouTube-turned-pop sensation Justin Bieber's tour hit The Dunkin Donuts Center.

The sold-out concert was full of 'tweens', but also their parents, some of which just sat back and watched as their kids had all the fun.
