3 people hospitalized after crash on I-195 in Seekonk

SEEKONK, Mass. (WLNE) — Massachusetts State Police said they responded to a three car crash where three people were injured in Seekonk on Tuesday.

According to state police, troopers from the Dartmouth Barracks responded to I-195 westbound at exit one around 5 p.m.

When responders arrived on the scene, they said there were three cars involved. All three were towed from the scene and three people were taken to area hospitals for minor injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

The scene was cleared by 5:40 p.m., according to police.
