NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Cuddles of Hope hosted its third annual Car and Bike Show Sunday.

President Amy Antone said the organization’s goal is to provide a stuffed animal to children at Hasbro Children’s Hospital, homeless shelters, and in foster care.

Antone said the 100 percent of the event’s proceeds go to support these efforts.

The event featured the “Stuff-a-Cruiser” fundraiser, which aimed to collect enough new stuffed animals to fill a North Providence Police Department cruiser.

It also featured food trucks, music, food, vendors, and the titular car and bike show with prizes.

Antone said that since the organization started in 2018 it has received immense support from the community.

“We probably have close to 80 cars,” she said. “It seems like every year it gets bigger.”
