LIVE OAK, Fla. (WLNE) – Rhode Island serial killer Craig Price will remain behind bars in Florida after pleading guilty to attempted murder.

Price was sentenced Friday to serve 25 years in a Florida prison, followed by 10 years of parole after pleading guilty to the attempted murder of a fellow prisoner in April of 2017, Suwannee Clerk of Courts told ABC6.

The Court Clerk said Price also plead guilty to an additional charge of possession of contraband in prison.

A Rhode Island native, Price has been serving time in Florida since 2004.

In 1989, Price confessed to killing four people in Warwick when he was a teenager.
