‘New England’s favorite fall event’ returns to Roger Williams Park Zoo

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular, “New England’s favorite fall event,” is returning to Providence.
Roger Williams Park Zoo said this year’s spectacular will take visitors around the world.
“Thousands of artistically carved pumpkins will magically transport guests to
Europe, Africa, Asia and even down Route 66,” said the zoo Thursday.
From the Pyramids of Giza to the Tower of Pisa, the Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular will “satisfy everyone’s case of wanderlust.”
The good thing? Passports are not required!
Opening night is Thursday. It runs until Oct. 31.
