Nearby home damaged during motor home fire in New Bedford

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — The New Bedford Fire Department said a residence was exposed to heat damage during a fire that engulfed a motor home early Wednesday morning.
The department said that around 2 a.m. a 40-foot-long motor home on Seymour Street caught fire.
Firefighters deployed multiple hose lines to contain the fire and any exposure.
The department said an investigation showed the cause of the fire to be accidental and there were no injuries.
The New Bedford Police Department and EMS assisted during the incident.
