East Providence police search for pair accused in larceny at Walgreens store

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Police in East Providence are looking to identify two people accused in a recent larceny at a Walgreens store.

Police said an employee’s belongings and other items were taken from the store on Newport Avenue around 4:30 p.m. last Wednesday.

The department posted photos on social media Sunday of a man and a woman wearing sunglasses and carrying backpacks.

The man was seen wearing a white T-shirt and jeans and the woman was in all black.
