City of Cranston condemns terrorism amid war between Israel, Hamas

(WLNE)

CRANSTON, R.I. (WLNE) — Cranston City Council gathered Monday evening and passed a resolution condemning acts of terror in Israel.

The resolution makes Cranston one of dozens of cities across the country passing resolutions following the attacks in the area since October 7.

Officials say the resolution outlines hopes for the safe return of hostages, support for the innocent civilians and further clarifying that the city has no tolerance for acts of violence or terrorism.
