Raising Cane’s to open Johnston location in January

JOHNSTON, R.I. (WLNE) — A popular southern fast-food chain is coming to Rhode Island.

Raising Cane’s said its Johnston location is scheduled to open in January 2024. An exact date has not been determined.

The restaurant, known for its chicken fingers, is in Stonehill Marketplace on Atwood Avenue.

Construction of the restaurant appears to be finished, and a hiring sign hangs by the front door.

There are two Cane’s locations in Boston.
