Authorities identify suspect in Worcester State University shooting

WORCESTER, Mass. (WLNE) — Worcester County District Attorney Joseph Early said authorities are searching for a suspect in connection with a double shooting at Worcester State University.
Kevin Rodriguez, of Lawrence, is wanted on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and armed assault with intent to murder.

Early said that the 18-year-old should be considered armed and dangerous.

The shooting took place around 2:30 a.m. Saturday, and resulted in the death of one 19-year-old victim.
Early said the second victim appeared to be suffering from non-life threatening injuries.
