Providence man sentenced to 12 years for sexual assault
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Attorney General Peter Neronha said that a Providence man has been sentenced to serve 12 years for sexually assaulting a female victim in 2021.
Francisco Vasquez was charged with one count of first-degree sexual assault.
The 38-year-old was accused, alongside a co-defendant, of sexually assaulted a female victim at a motel in Warwick.
Vasquez was sentenced to serve 25 years, with 12 years at the Adult Correctional Institutions, and a 13-year suspended sentence with 25 years of probation.
