Grandson accused of stabbing grandparents in Providence granted bail

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A man accused of stabbing his grandparents in Providence appeared in court Monday.
Collin Raso was given $50,000 bail with surety. He was ordered not to have any contact with his grandparents.
Raso, who lives with his grandparents at their Lynch Street home, faces two counts of domestic assault of a person over 60 and two counts of domestic assault by strangulation.

He is accused of stabbing them on Sunday. They were both sent to Rhode Island Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said Raso was found a few blocks away and was taken into custody.
Raso is due back in court on Nov. 20.
